Refund and Returns Policy

At Neil Woolridge Motors (“NWM”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), we aim to provide you with high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you need to return an item, please read our refund and returns policy below.

1. Returns

You may return items purchased from NWM for any reason within 14 days of receipt. To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

• Be in new, resalable condition.
• Include all original packaging, accessories, and hardware.
• Not have been used or installed.

a. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

• Products marked as final sale
• Gift cards
• Downloadable software products
• Custom or special orders

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact Us: Send an email to sales@nwm.co.za or use the “Return Request” button at the bottom of this page and fill out your details.

2. Return Authorization: Upon approval, we will issue a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and provide return instructions.

3. Return Shipping: Package the item securely with the RAN clearly indicated on the shipping label. Please note that if the return is not due to an error on our part, shipping costs incurred may be deducted from your refund. We recommend using a carrier that provides tracking and insurance, as NWM is not responsible for items lost in transit.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the return criteria. Refunds will be processed within 3 to 5 business days after the package arrives at our warehouse. You will receive an email confirmation once your return is processed.

Please note that:

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• If items are returned in unsatisfactory condition, a restocking fee may apply, or the item may be returned to you.

4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order without penalty within 7 days of placing it, provided it has not yet been shipped. If you cancel after shipping, the return will be processed as outlined above.

6. Warranty Information

All warranties for products purchased through Neil Woolridge Motors are provided by the respective suppliers and not by us. Please refer to the manufacturer’s warranty policy for coverage details.
